Yes, it concerns a physical office building. We have more than 20 entrepreneurs working on location. As a virtual office member you also receive a discount on flexible working and renting our meeting rooms
What about the privacy of my post?
We handle your mail very confidentially. Letters arrive together in our building, after which we open and forward them for you (post-scan service) or store them securely for you so that you can pick them up later. With the post-scan service, we store your mail for a short time after scanning, after which it is shredded
Can I also list my company on Google Maps?
Google almost always accepts requests for this from our customers. However, we can never give 100% certainty about this, because Google also applies certain guidelines.Â
How quickly will my application be processed?
We can usually set up your virtual office within 24 hours, if all the necessary data is provided quickly from your side. Please note that implementing the change of address at the Chamber of Commerce also takes a few days.
